About
Being on the farm as a child with my Dad, has given me an appreciation for hard work, the outdoors, a ponytail, and dirty finger nails. But I’m truly a city girl at heart. Watching my Mom carefully choose her clothes, elegantly do her makeup, and meticulously paint her nails was always fascinating to me. Just thinking about it brings me to my happy place! 💕She brought me along to see her nail technician once, a small home business, and let me have my nails painted. It was a glorious moment for me as a small girl! I chose glitter of course! Staring at my fingernails all the way to the car and then smudging them on the drivers headrest as I climbed into the back seat of my Mom’s Cougar. It was heartbreaking! But I learned the lesson of choosing a good top coat and scheduling a few minutes of time to let the polish dry!I've been working as an esthetician for 13 years now and I have grown to truly love what I do. I enjoy meeting new people, getting to know my regular clients, helping people feel good in their own skin, and teaching my clients about how to keep their skin and nails looking beautiful between spa visits.
Having a family has changed a lot of my priorities and the way I want to run my business. My family has helped me to see life through a new lens. And because of how busy “mom life” can get, I now understand the need for parents to get out of the house, relax, unwind, talk to other adults, and just think only of themselves for a few hours!I want to be a resource for women to tap into when they need to recharge from life’s pushes and pulls, while at the same time helping them to make those “getting ready to go” moments much simpler.
